- 🍗 100g chicken breast, skinless

- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots of the pea shoots and cut them in half. Place bean sprouts and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute. Let cool and drain excess water.
Place chicken breast in another microwave-safe container, pierce several times with a fork, and add sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute until cooked through. Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (salt, sesame oil, ponzu sauce, ground sesame, and pepper). Add the pea shoots, bean sprouts, and shredded chicken, then toss to combine.
