- 1 tbsp mustard
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🍬 1/3 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the cucumber into thin strips.
Sprinkle salt on the cucumber slices and let them sit for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out excess water.
Shred the crab sticks into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine cucumber, crab sticks, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, and pepper. Mix well.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
