- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 🦀 2 imitation crab sticks, shredded
Seasonings
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash 1/2 cucumber thoroughly and slice thinly using a slicer.
Sprinkle 2 pinches of salt over the cucumber slices and mix well.
Prepare 2 imitation crab sticks and shred them into bite-sized pieces.
Let the salted cucumber sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess water.
Rinse the cucumber slices under running water to remove excess salt, then drain well.
Combine the cucumber and shredded imitation crab in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp oligosaccharide.
Add 1.5 tbsp vinegar to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle 1 pinch of sesame seeds on top and serve.
