INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) cooked white rice
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 🐟 80g (8 slices) smoked salmon
Seasoning
- 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Sushi Vinegar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
ÉTAPES
Use a peeler to thinly slice the cucumber.
Mix vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl to make sushi vinegar.
Combine cooked white rice, sushi vinegar, and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix gently.
Divide the rice mixture into 4 portions. Place each portion on plastic wrap, shape into a stick, and wrap tightly like a candy.
Lay out salmon and cucumber slices alternately on plastic wrap. Place the rice stick on top.
Roll the wrap tightly around the rice stick and seal both ends like a candy. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
