- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
Seasonings
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Cut off the ends of the cucumber and lightly crush it with a rolling pin until slightly broken. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stem of the tomato and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) into a storage bag and mix well. Add the cucumber and tomato pieces, massage gently, seal the bag, and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
