Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 3 slices ham
- 🥕 30g carrot
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Cut the cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Halve the vermicelli using kitchen scissors.
Cut the ham in half, stack, and slice into thin strips.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and carrot, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain well.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl, then add the boiled vermicelli, carrot, ham, and cucumber. Toss well.
