- 1 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
ÉTAPES
Wash the cucumber and lightly crush it using a rolling pin. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Rehydrate the dried wakame in water for a few minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
Slice the chikuwa into thin rings.
In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and ground white sesame to make the dressing.
Combine the cucumber, wakame, and chikuwa in a plastic bag or bowl. Add the dressing and mix well.
Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
