Cucumber Smash Salad Ingredients
- 🥒 2 cucumbers
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🌰 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 🍋 1/4 lemon (optional)
ÉTAPES
Wash 2 cucumbers thoroughly and prepare them.
Place the cucumbers in a plastic bag and smash them lightly with a rolling pin or bottle until they are in bite-sized pieces.
Transfer the smashed cucumbers to a mixing bowl and add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Add 2 tbsp sugar to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp salt to the bowl.
Add 3 tbsp vinegar to the bowl.
Add 1 tbsp sesame seeds and mix everything well.
Optionally, squeeze 1/4 lemon for added freshness.
Serve the cucumber smash salad as a side dish. It pairs well with fried chicken or other fried dishes.
