Base
- 8 large dumpling wrappers
Protein
- 150g ground meat mix
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/4 avocado, diced
- 🍅 1/4 tomato, diced
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- Mayonnaise as needed
- Chili powder to taste
Sauce
- 🍅 1.5 tbsp ketchup
- 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Dice the avocado and tomato into 1cm cubes. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Layer two aluminum cups together and place a dumpling wrapper inside. Repeat to make 8 cups. Toast in a toaster for about 5 minutes until golden, then let cool.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and garlic paste, cooking until the meat changes color. Add the sauce mixture and stir until combined.
Divide the cooked meat mixture evenly among the toasted dumpling cups. Top with diced avocado and tomato. Optionally, drizzle mayonnaise and sprinkle chili powder. Repeat for all 8 cups.
