Fish
- 🐟 4 sardines, cleaned and opened
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp curry powder
Breading
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🍞 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧀 3 tbsp grated cheese
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Garnish
- 🥬 Some lettuce leaves
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
ÉTAPES
Season the sardines with salt and pepper, pat dry, and coat with curry powder.
Mix flour and water in a bowl to create a batter, then dip the sardines into it.
Combine breadcrumbs and grated cheese in a container, then coat the sardines with the mixture.
Heat about 1 cm of salad oil in a frying pan, fry the sardines over medium heat until golden brown, flip, and cook through.
