INGRÉDIENTS
Meat Mixture
- 200g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp curry powder
Coating
- As needed all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- As needed vegetable oil
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool. Roll the pizza cheese into 6 small balls.
In a bowl, soak the breadcrumbs in yogurt, then add the remaining meat mixture ingredients. Mix until sticky. Divide into 6 portions, shape into patties, and insert a cheese ball into the center of each, sealing it completely.
Coat each patty in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F) and fry the patties in batches until golden brown and floating.
