INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 bundle (100g) soba noodles
Protein
- 100g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 1/3 stalk green onion
Broth
- 50cc concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 350cc water
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot and cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles.
In a pot, combine the broth ingredients (soy sauce, curry powder, water) and bring to a boil. Add the chicken and simmer until the chicken changes color.
Add the green onion to the pot and cook until softened. Serve the soba noodles in a bowl and pour the broth, chicken, and green onion over them.
