- 🐟 4 filleted horse mackerels
- 3 green peppers
- 🧅 1 small onion
- as needed flour
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning (Marinade)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
Pickling Sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 100 ml vinegar
- 4 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Prepare the horse mackerel by filleting and seasoning with sake, soy sauce, and curry powder.
Coat the fish lightly with flour and fry in salad oil until golden brown.
Slice the green peppers and onion thinly and set aside.
Prepare the pickling sauce by mixing vinegar, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, curry powder, and sliced chili.
Combine the fried fish and vegetables with the pickling sauce in a container.
