Main Ingredients
- 🐟 140g mackerel fillet
- 🥒 85g zucchini
- Enough salad oil for frying
Fritter Batter
- 50g tempura flour
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 🥛 80ml milk
Garlic Mayo Sauce
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 🌿 Chopped parsley to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the zucchini into halves lengthwise, then slice each half into thirds.
Cut the mackerel into 1.5cm wide pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
Mix the fritter batter ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, dip zucchini slices in the batter, and fry for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Dip mackerel pieces in the remaining batter and fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Mix the garlic mayo sauce ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
Serve the fritters on a plate with garlic mayo sauce on the side.
