Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, cut into eighths
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, roughly chopped
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 150ml water
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
ÉTAPES
Cut potatoes into eighths, thinly slice the onion, and roughly chop the carrot.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat and add the pork. Stir until the pork changes color.
Add the onion and carrot to the pot and continue stirring until the onion softens.
Add the potatoes and stir well to combine.
Pour in the seasoning mixture (water, dashi powder, sake, mirin, sugar, curry powder) and cover the pot. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce and continue cooking until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
