INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Vegetables
- 1/4 daikon radish
- 1/2 bunch shungiku (edible chrysanthemum)
☆ Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Place the beef in a bowl and season with soy sauce and grated garlic.
Cut the daikon radish into thin slices about 1cm thick.
Separate the shungiku leaves from the stems and cut the stems into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the beef until its color changes.
Add the daikon and shungiku stems to the pan and stir-fry until the daikon becomes translucent.
Add the shungiku leaves and stir briefly before removing from heat.
Transfer to a bowl and mix with the ☆ seasonings.
