Meat
- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥒 180g daikon radish, sliced
- 1cm chopped daikon greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍶 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Cut the daikon radish into thin slices and chop the greens into 1cm pieces.
Mix the soy sauce and wasabi in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until its color changes.
Add the daikon radish and greens, stir-fry briefly, then add the sauce and mix well.
