- 1 piece cod roe (40g)
Vegetables
- 10cm daikon (300g), sliced
- 30g daikon leaves, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon into thin slices, sprinkle with salt, and massage. Let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
Place the daikon leaves in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool and chop finely.
Make a slit in the cod roe and extract the roe from the casing.
In a bowl, combine the daikon, daikon leaves, cod roe, and sesame oil. Mix well, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
