- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Vegetables
- 100g daikon radish
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon radish into thin slices after halving and segmenting it into thirds.
Slice the bacon into 1cm wide strips.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat, sauté the bacon briefly, then add daikon and corn. Stir until coated with oil.
Add chicken stock powder, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the daikon softens.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
