- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 240g daikon, sliced thinly
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 A pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon into halves lengthwise and slice thinly.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Layer the daikon and pork belly alternately in a microwave-safe container.
Microwave at 600W for 6–7 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
Pour the sauce over the dish and garnish with chopped green onions.
