Peel the daikon radish into thin ribbons using a peeler, and slice the remaining part thinly with a knife. Cut the green onions into small pieces.

Layer 1/3 of the daikon radish on a microwave-safe plate, followed by half of the pork belly. Repeat the layering with daikon, pork, and daikon. Sprinkle sake over the layers, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes or until the pork is cooked.

Mix the green onions, ponzu sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the sauce. Serve the layered daikon and pork on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
