INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 100g daikon, thinly sliced
- 3 shiso leaves, julienned
- Chopped yellow bell pepper, as needed
- Chopped red bell pepper, as needed
Seafood
- 🐟 150g sashimi-grade salmon, cut into strips
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the stems off the shiso leaves and julienne them. Thinly slice the daikon and sprinkle both sides with salt. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry with a paper towel.
Cut the salmon into 1cm-wide strips. Wrap each strip with a slice of daikon and arrange on a serving plate.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the daikon-wrapped salmon. Garnish with julienned shiso leaves and chopped red and yellow bell peppers.
