INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetable
- 250g daikon, peeled and cut into chunks
Seafood
- 🦐 10 peeled frozen shrimp, finely chopped
Processed Food
- 1 piece hanpen (60g), torn into pieces
Seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 400cc water
Shrimp Ball Mix
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Peel and cut the daikon into bite-sized chunks. Finely chop the shrimp.
In a bowl, mix the shrimp, shrimp ball mix ingredients, and torn hanpen until sticky and well combined.
In a pot, add daikon and water. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Scoop the shrimp mixture with a spoon and drop into the pot. Cover and bring to a boil.
Season with chicken stock, salt, and pepper. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
