Vegetables
- 🥬 150g thinly sliced daikon
- 🌿 1 sprig of parsley
Seasoning

- 🍋 2 tbsp yuzu juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the daikon into rounds and soak in water for 5 minutes. Pat dry.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, pepper, yuzu juice, olive oil) in a bowl.
Arrange the daikon slices in a circular pattern on a plate. Place the squid slices in the center and drizzle with the prepared seasoning. Garnish with parsley leaves.
