Main Ingredients
- 🥛 80g silken tofu
- 100g daikon radish
- 1 tsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 400ml water
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon radish into quarters lengthwise, then slice into 5mm thick pieces.
Cut the tofu into 1.5cm cubes.
In a pot, combine daikon, dashi powder, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and simmer on low heat for about 4 minutes until the daikon softens.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, soy sauce), tofu, and wakame. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
