Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce

Julienne the daikon radish and carrot.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the julienned daikon and carrot. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
