- 200g daikon, cut into sticks
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Meat
- 120g ground pork
Condiments
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 100ml water

- 30g vermicelli
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon into 7mm thick sticks. Heat sesame oil and grated ginger in a pot over medium heat, then add ground pork and stir until the meat is crumbled.
Add daikon and stir until coated with oil. Cut the vermicelli with scissors directly into the pot, then add sake, oyster sauce, and water. Mix lightly.
Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
