- 🍗 1 whole chicken
- 💧 1.5L water
- 1/4 radish
- 🧅 2 green onions
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
ÉTAPES
Place the chicken, water, radish, and green onions in a pot and boil for 40 minutes.
Remove the chicken, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces, and set aside.
Cut the radish into bite-sized pieces.
Add the shredded chicken and radish back into the broth. Season with minced garlic, fish sauce, and salt.
Add sliced green onions and optionally sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
