INGRÉDIENTS
Vermicelli
- 30g vermicelli
Vegetables
- 1 bok choy (100g)
Meat Miso
- 100g ground pork
- 1/2 green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- to taste chili oil
Soup Base
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken broth powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste pepper
- 💧 500ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut bok choy into quarters lengthwise and chop green onion.
Place bok choy and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add meat miso ingredients, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 3 minutes until pork changes color.
In a pot, heat soup base ingredients until boiling. Add vermicelli and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until softened.
Serve soup in bowls, top with meat miso and bok choy, and drizzle chili oil as desired.
