INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1 piece (160g) deep-fried tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Coating
- Potato starch, as needed
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and julienne the carrot.
Cut the deep-fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and coat both sides lightly with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the tofu on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
In a microwave-safe container, combine onion, carrot, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked tofu to the container, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes.
