INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 canned ham
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 1/4 head fermented napa cabbage kimchi
- 1 green chili, sliced
- 🧅 1 onion, chopped
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- 1 cup enoki mushrooms
Seasonings
- 1/4 cup kimchi juice
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
ÉTAPES
Boil the canned ham briefly to remove excess salt and prepare.
Pan-fry the boiled ham until golden brown in a non-oily pan.
Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown without seasoning.
Place the fried tofu and ham on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces and squeeze out excess juice.
Mix sesame oil and grape seed oil, then stir-fry the kimchi until softened.
Add corn syrup for a touch of sweetness and stir-fry until well combined.
Layer the fried ham and tofu on a serving plate.
Place the stir-fried kimchi in the center and garnish with sliced green chili.
