INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 360g pork
- 4 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 handful minced garlic
- 1 green chili
- 🥔 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of pepper
- 1-1.5 cups water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp doenjang (fermented soybean paste)
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Mix pork, green chili, minced garlic, and mirin together in a bowl.
Slice the potatoes into thin pieces.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing doenjang, red pepper flakes, sugar, plum extract, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
Combine the pork from Step 1 with the seasoning from Step 3 and let it marinate for 5-10 minutes.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the potatoes until they are about 90% translucent.
Add the marinated pork to the pan with the potatoes and stir-fry together.
Add 1-1.5 cups of water to the pan and let it simmer. Then, add 1 tbsp of cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
