- 🌱 12 asparagus spears
- 🥩 12 thin slices of beef

- 1 tsp ground pepper

Honey Balsamic Glaze
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp red wine
ÉTAPES
Season the thin slices of beef with salt and ground pepper.
Prepare the asparagus by peeling the tough outer skin and trimming the bottom ends.
Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of seasoned beef.
Heat a pan and add butter evenly.
Place the beef-wrapped asparagus in the pan with the seam side down.
Cook on medium heat until the beef turns brown about 2/3 of the way up, then flip and cook the other side.
Prepare the honey balsamic glaze by simmering balsamic vinegar, honey, and red wine for 5–10 minutes.
Drizzle the honey balsamic glaze over the cooked asparagus beef rolls.
Plate the asparagus beef rolls and serve.
