INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 head broccoli
- 🍄 4–5 king oyster mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🧂 3 pinches fine salt
- 1–2 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Soak the broccoli upside down in water mixed with a little vinegar and shake well.
Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and rinse 1–2 times in cold water.
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into medium-thick strips.
Boil water and add 1 tsp salt. Blanch the mushrooms for less than 1 minute.
Blanch the broccoli for 30 seconds in boiling water.
Squeeze out excess water from the blanched mushrooms and broccoli.
Mix the perilla seed powder, sesame oil, and fine salt with the vegetables.
Toss the salad until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
