INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack tofu sushi (8 pieces)
- 70g buckwheat noodles
- 85g canned ham
- 1/2 paprika (100g)
- 🥕 1/2 carrot (70g)
- 1 king oyster mushroom (75g)
- 20g arugula
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients by washing and cutting them as needed.
Cook the buckwheat noodles according to the package instructions.
Mix the cooked noodles with soy sauce, perilla oil, and sesame seeds.
Cut the ham into 8 pieces and pan-fry without oil.
Slice the carrot, paprika, and king oyster mushroom into thin strips. Season the mushroom with salt and pan-fry.
Place the prepared ingredients onto the tofu sushi along with the included seaweed.
Roll the sushi carefully to avoid tearing and cut into bite-sized pieces.
