- 🐟 1 can (100g) canned tuna
- 🌰 3 tbsp chopped nuts
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp doenjang (soybean paste)
- 3 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 3 tbsp oligosaccharide syrup
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Drain the canned tuna using a strainer to remove excess liquid.
Finely chop the nuts, onion, and green chilies.
In a pot, combine the chopped ingredients and all seasoning ingredients.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
Once the sauce thickens, add the drained tuna.
Cook for an additional 3 minutes and serve.
