INGRÉDIENTS
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 3-4 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 green chilies
Protein
- 🍲 1/2 block tofu
- 🍖 350g thinly sliced pork belly
Liquid
- 💧 300ml water
ÉTAPES
Mix soybean paste, chili paste, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and chili powder to create the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan and cook 70-100g of pork belly until fragrant.
Add half of the prepared sauce and onion to the pan and stir-fry.
Once the onion becomes translucent, add 300ml of water to the pan.
Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
Add tofu, green onion, and green chilies to the pan.
Simmer for another 5 minutes, adjusting seasoning with more sauce if needed.
Cook the remaining pork belly separately.
Serve the stew with rice and wrap the rice with pork belly slices for a complete meal.
