Bacon Egg Roll Rice Ingredients
- 🥓 5 slices of bacon
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup diced zucchini
- 🥕 1 small piece of carrot (3cm)
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Mushroom Japchae Ingredients
- 3 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 handful of oyster mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 2 red bell peppers
- 70g glass noodles
Potato Chicken Chupa Chups Ingredients
- 100g chicken breast
- 🥔 1 potato
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 🥕 Small amount of carrot
Dumpling Kanpunggi Ingredients
- 1 bag of small dumplings
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp minced scallion
- 1 tbsp minced green chili
- 1 tbsp minced red chili
Sweet Potato Tortilla Ingredients
- 🍠 1 sweet potato
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- Desired amount of mozzarella cheese
- 2 tortillas
- Small amount of pickle
ÉTAPES
Dice carrot, onion, and zucchini for Bacon Egg Roll Rice.
Sauté diced vegetables in a pan with oil until softened.
Mix sautéed vegetables with cooked rice.
Cook egg into a thin sheet and cut slightly larger than bacon width.
Roll rice mixture into small cylinders, wrap with egg sheet, then bacon. Pan-fry until bacon is crispy.
Prepare Mushroom Japchae by slicing shiitake mushrooms and seasoning with soy sauce, sugar, and garlic.
Sauté mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers with sesame oil. Add cooked glass noodles and mix well.
Mash boiled potato and mix with minced chicken, vegetables, and starch. Form into small balls.
Deep-fry potato chicken balls until golden brown. Skewer onto sticks.
Pan-fry dumplings until crispy. Prepare sauce with garlic, soy sauce, and chili oil, then mix with dumplings.
Slice sweet potato and deep-fry. Sauté peppers and onions, then mix with ketchup and seasonings.
Assemble tortillas with cheese, sauce, pickles, and fried sweet potato. Fold and pan-fry until crispy.
