- 12g dried pollack
- 20g radish
- 20g bean sprouts
- 0.5g sesame oil
- 2g sliced green onion
- 🧄 1g minced garlic
- 0.2g ground black pepper
- 3.5g soy sauce
- 100g water
- 🥚 10g beaten egg
ÉTAPES
Lightly moisten the dried pollack in water and remove excess moisture.
Wash the radish and slice it into 2.5x2.5x0.5cm pieces.
Remove the tails from the bean sprouts.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté the dried pollack and radish lightly.
Add water and bring to a boil, then add the bean sprouts.
Once the bean sprouts are cooked, add sliced green onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, and pour in the beaten egg. Bring to a boil again.
