INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 200g smoked duck
- 1/6 bunch chives
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic
- 2 green chilies
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of sesame seeds
- a dash of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the chives and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice the garlic and green chilies thinly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion and chives with soy sauce, red pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Heat a pan and cook the smoked duck until slightly crispy.
Add the sliced garlic and green chilies to the pan and sauté briefly.
Sprinkle a dash of black pepper over the duck and garlic mixture.
Plate the seasoned chives and onion as a base, then layer the cooked duck on top.
