- 🥩 400g beef
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 onion
- some green onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar or plum extract
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients and mix the seasoning sauce.
Clean and prepare the beef, removing any excess blood. Mix with green onion, garlic, and onion, then add the seasoning sauce and marinate.
Place the cleaned bean sprouts in a pot.
Add the marinated beef on top of the bean sprouts and turn on the heat.
Cook until the bean sprouts release water and soften slightly. Stir occasionally to ensure the beef is cooked evenly.
Serve the dish hot and enjoy. Optionally, wrap in lettuce for added flavor.
Use the leftover sauce and beef to fry rice with chopped kimchi and sesame oil.
