INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 100g sliced pork
- 🥚 6 quail eggs
Vegetables
- 1 bag stir-fry vegetables (100g)
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
Thickener
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add stir-fry vegetables and cook until softened.
Add quail eggs, the mixed seasoning, and water to the pan. Bring to a boil, then add the cornstarch slurry and stir to thicken.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, pour the thickened sauce over the rice, and garnish with chopped green onions.
