- 🍗 350g chicken
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 3 eggs
- A small amount of green onion, chopped
- 🍚 2 servings of cooked rice
Chicken Marinade
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
- A dash of pepper
Sauce
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 💧 2/3 cup water
ÉTAPES
Prepare chicken by removing skin and fat, cutting into bite-sized pieces, and rinsing in cold water.
Marinate chicken with mirin, salt, and pepper.
Slice the onion and chop the green onion.
Lightly beat the eggs with the green onion, mixing gently without over-whisking.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and stir-fry with the chicken until softened.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer the chicken until fully cooked.
Pour the lightly beaten eggs over the chicken and sauce, then cover the pan to cook the eggs slightly.
Serve by placing cooked rice in a bowl and topping it with the chicken and egg mixture.
