- 4 spring roll wrappers
Vegetable
- 🌱 200g frozen edamame
Cheese
- 🧀 120g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Binding
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods. Separate the spring roll wrappers and cut each in half.
Lay a spring roll wrapper horizontally. Place 1/8 of the edamame and shredded cheese near the bottom edge, leaving about 1 cm space. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Apply the flour-water mixture along the edges in a 'U' shape, then roll tightly from the bottom and seal the edges.
Heat about 3 cm of salad oil in a pot to 160°C. Fry the rolls for about 2 minutes, turning occasionally, until the surface is golden brown.
