INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot, chopped
- 🧅 A small amount of onion, chopped
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion, chopped
- 2 green chili peppers, chopped
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Soak the glass noodles in water for 30 minutes and prepare the other ingredients.
Boil the soaked glass noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain without rinsing.
Cut the boiled noodles into small pieces using scissors.
Chop the onion, carrot, chili peppers, and green onion finely. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and add soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan and spoon the mixture into round shapes. Spread thinly to avoid breaking.
Fold each piece in half and cook both sides until golden brown.
Cook until both sides are golden and crispy.
Serve with ketchup or chili sauce for dipping.
