ÉTAPES
Place ham in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat at 600W for 20 seconds.
In a bowl, mix seasoning ingredients (salt, potato starch, and water), then add the egg and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then wipe off excess oil.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook on low heat until set, avoiding overcooking.
Fold the ham in half and make diagonal cuts about 5mm apart along the folded edge.
