- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack of sprouts
Seasonings
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the onion into bite-sized pieces and trim the sprouts. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the onion until browned, then pour in the egg and stir-fry.
Add the seasonings (oyster sauce, sake, sugar, salt, and pepper) and stir-fry over medium heat until well combined.
Add cherry tomatoes and sprouts, then stir-fry briefly over medium heat.
