- 3 dumplings
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp anchovy sauce
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into thin 7mm slices.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and cook the dumplings and onion together.
Add all the seasonings (soy sauce, mirin, sugar, anchovy sauce) to the pan and simmer.
Prepare egg mixture and pour half of it into the pan.
Cover the pan and cook for 30 seconds on low heat.
Pour the remaining egg mixture evenly over the dish.
Cook the eggs to your preferred doneness.
Serve over rice and garnish with parsley or sliced green onions.
