Main Ingredients
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 1/3 onion
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
- 1/2 handful chives
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot and cook the glass noodles.
Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water and drain thoroughly.
Place the noodles in a bowl and cut them into smaller pieces using scissors.
Mix the chopped noodles with onion, carrot, chives, eggs, soy sauce, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add cooking oil. Scoop the egg mixture onto the pan using a spoon.
Once the bottom is partially cooked, fold the egg mixture in half using a spatula and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the egg dumplings as a side dish or snack. Optionally, dip in ketchup for added flavor.
