- 🌽 1/4 cup corn kernels

Seasoning
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
ÉTAPES
Dice ham, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Prepare corn kernels.
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl until smooth. Avoid adding salt as ham and cheese are already seasoned.
Heat a small pan with oil and sauté onions with a pinch of pepper until fragrant.
Add ham, bell pepper, corn, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry briefly.
Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the sautéed ingredients. Spread the mixture gently.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the egg mixture.
Sprinkle pizza cheese generously over the top.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat until the cheese melts.
Carefully loosen the edges and transfer the egg pizza to a plate. Serve warm.
